Review of Seashore Lodge Rating: 7.7/10During my recent stay at Seashore Lodge, I appreciated the balance between comfort and value that this establishment offers. Nestled slightly outside Galway, it provided a serene retreat from the bustling city, with the added bonus of being within walking distance of a few local conveniences, including the friendly Tom Sheridans pub and a grocery store. Our room was a decent size and featured essential amenities such as an electric kettle and free Wi-Fi, enhancing our experience. While the absence of a lift might be challenging for some, we managed just fine, particularly as my toddler enjoyed the stairs. The breakfast served each morning was satisfactory, and the friendly staff contributed positively to our stay. I couldn't overlook the somewhat dated interior, reminiscent of a grandmother's home rather than a modern coastal retreat. Seashore Lodge serves as a solid option for those seeking peace, affordability, and convenience, especially for a short visit to explore Galway's charms.
